The item never arrived when shipped - which is certainly not SinEyewear fault as it seems to be lost with the Aus Post driver. When SinEyewear was contacted to ask for assistance with this, they refused to offer any help. I'm still following up with AusPost on my own but I am very frustrated and keen for a refund. At this point, I wouldn't order from SinEyewear again due to their limited customer assistance and lack of compassion.
