I purchased 3 pairs of sunglasses. The desctiption/pictures were not ideal so I tried to email and/or speak to someone. Despite several attempts, this proved impossible and my email was not returned. In the end I just gave up and took a risk. I received them within a few days and the packaging was excellent. All 3 are good quality so I will keep them, but my purchase would have looked different had I been able to communicate with someone. I can only imagine how stressful it would have been if there was a problem or I needed to return something. Overall, solid, good value for money glasses if you don't have any questions eg about sizing.
