The product and the online shopping experience were almost flawless and then it came to postage! I tracked it via the app and it got dispatched straight away and then it sat “in transit” for 14 days straight so the product that you say I received 19 days ago only really turned up on my doorstep 4 days ago
Thank you for the review. We aim for a dispatch one day after the order is placed so we're glad that part of the order worked out for you. We don't have control of the delivery once it leaves our warehouse. In most cases, the delivery happens quickly after dispatch but sometimes there is a delay.
